Merle’s Fluffy Pancakes

  • 1 1/4 C – Flour
  • 1 T – Suger
  • 1 T – Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t – Salt
  • 1 – Egg
  • 1 C – Milk
  • 2 T – Melted butter or oil

Mix all dry ingredients first, then add egg, milk and butter/oil. Cook on a griddle at medium heat until golden brown and fluffy.
